Yields approximately 2 cups.
Cooking InstructionsHide images
step 1
Combine Water (1 1/4 cups) and Vegan Egg Yolk Mix (8 tsp) in a food processor. Mix until smooth, adding more water as necessary.
step 2
Add in Lemon Juice (1) and mix to combine. Add Salt (1 tsp), Cayenne Pepper (as needed), and Ground White Pepper (as needed). Blend until combined as well.
