Yields approximately 2 cups.

step 1
Combine Water (1 1/4 cups) and Vegan Egg Yolk Mix (2 1/2 Tbsp) in a food processor. Mix until smooth, adding more water as necessary.

Add in Lemon (1) and mix to combine. Add Salt (1 tsp), Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp), and Ground White Pepper (1/4 tsp). Blend until combined as well.
