Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Combine Water (1 1/4 cups) and Vegan Egg Yolk Mix (2 1/2 Tbsp) in a food processor. Mix until smooth, adding more water as necessary.
Step 2
Add in Lemon Juice (1) and mix to combine. Add Salt (1 tsp) , Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp) , and Ground White Pepper (1/4 tsp) . Blend until combined as well.
