Cooking Instructions

Wash the Raw Almonds (1 cup) and place them in a jar with Water (3/4 cup), Salt (1 pinch), and Milk Kefir (3 tsp). Give it a stir.
2.
Cover the jar with a cheesecloth and let it ferment at room temperature for 36 hours.
3.
Place the almonds with the liquid and salt into a food processor and blend until smooth.
4.
Transfer the mixture into cheese strainers (like the one used for making ricotta) or into a cheesecloth and let it drain for 6-8 hours or overnight.
5.
Your vegan cheese is ready!
