Cooking Instructions
1.
Grab one can of Chickpeas (1 can) and rinse them from their water, this way you will remove most of the salt in it.
2.
Place chickpeas, Tahini (1 Tbsp), Ground Cumin (1 tsp), 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice (1), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Garlic (2 cloves) in a blender.
3.
Grab the Beets (1 3/4 cups) and add that to the blender together with a bit of its boiling water.
4.
Start blending adding Water (2 Tbsp), plus more if needed. After a few minutes, with your blender on, add the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) slowly.
5.
Once you have got a smooth and creamy consistency, transfer your hummus into a serving bowl and bring it up to your dining table with Pita Bread (to taste) and Mixed Vegetables (to taste).
