Cooking Instructions

In a pan, deep fry Rosemary Leaves (1 cup). Set aside.

Deep fry prepared Shrimp (1 1/3 cups). Set aside.

Deep fry Garlic (10 cloves) and Chili Peppers (5).
4.
Prepare the sauce: in a bowl, add Granulated Sugar (1 tsp), Vietnamese Spice Blend (1 tsp), Fish Sauce (1/2 tsp), Water (1 1/3 Tbsp), and Chili Sauce (2 tsp). Mix well.
5.
In a pan, sauté Garlic (2 cloves) in hot Cooking Oil (1 Tbsp), then add shrimp and sauce on high heat, add Rosemary Leaves (1 cup), and the fried rosemary leaves, garlic, and chili pepper.
6.
Serve and enjoy!
