Ground Beef (1.5 lb)
Tortilla Chips (28 1/3 cups)
and crunch it up. Pour it onto a baking dish.
Add browned beef and
Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (12 cups)
Salsa (2 2/3 cups)
Enchilada Sauce (6 1/3 cups)
Mix well. Add a bit of
Milk (to taste)
to prevent mixture from getting too dry.
Spray bottom and sides of baking dish with cooking spray.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
Top the mixture with Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend.
Bake for one hour.
Let cool a bit before serving. Serve with a generous dollop of
Sour Cream (2 cups)
Olives (to taste)
