Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Brown Ground Beef (1.5 lb) with Onion (1)
Step 2
Take the Tortilla Chips (28 1/3 cups) and crunch it up. Pour it onto a baking dish.
Step 3
Add browned beef and Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (12 cups) .
Step 4
Add Salsa (2 2/3 cups) and Enchilada Sauce (7 cups) on top.
Step 5
Mix well. Add a bit of Milk (to taste) to prevent mixture from getting too dry.
Step 6
Spray bottom and sides of baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 7
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 8
Top the mixture with Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend.
Step 9
Bake for one hour.
Step 10
Let cool a bit before serving. Serve with a generous dollop of Sour Cream (2 cups) and Olives (to taste) .
