Brown Ground Beef (1.5 pound) with Onion (1)
Take the Tortilla Chips (26 ounce) and crunch it up. Pour it onto a baking dish.
Add browned beef and Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (3 pound).
Add Salsa (24 ounce) and Enchilada Sauce (56 ounce) on top.
Mix well. Add a bit of Milk (to taste) to prevent mixture from getting too dry.
Spray bottom and sides of baking dish with cooking spray.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Top the mixture with Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend.
Bake for one hour.
Let cool a bit before serving. Serve with a generous dollop of Sour Cream (16 ounce) and Olives (to taste).
