Cooking Instructions
1.
Brown Ground Beef (1.5 lb) with Onion (1)

Take the Tortilla Chips (28 1/3 cups) and crunch it up. Pour it onto a baking dish.

Add browned beef and Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (12 cups).
4.
Add Salsa (2 2/3 cups) and Enchilada Sauce (7 cups) on top.
5.
Mix well. Add a bit of Milk (to taste) to prevent mixture from getting too dry.
6.
Spray bottom and sides of baking dish with cooking spray.
7.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
8.
Top the mixture with Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend.
9.
Bake for one hour.
10.
Let cool a bit before serving. Serve with a generous dollop of Sour Cream (2 cups) and Olives (to taste).
