Cooking Instructions
1.
In a pot, combine Water (1/2 cup), Fresh Orange Juice with Pulp (1/2 cup), Bourbon (2 Tbsp), and white Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup). Stir and cook until it dissolves at medium low heat.

Add Frozen Cranberries (3 1/3 cups) and bring to a gentle boil for 10 minutes. You will hear the cranberries pop.
3.
Zest the Orange (1), add the zest to the pot, and stir everything together.
4.
Serve warm or let the sauce completely cool. If not serving right away, refrigerate the sauce until ready to serve.
