Peel and wash the White Potato (3). Proceed to slice the potatoes into medium thick slices then cut them lengthwise into fries.
Add Olive Oil (to taste) to a pan and place on high heat.
Place fries into a bowl and season with Salt (to taste). Toss in salt until evenly coated.
Add fries to hot oil and lower the heat to medium-high heat.
Once the fries are almost fully cooked remove from the pan and place in a bowl. Bring the oil up to high heat and put the fries back in the oil until golden brown.
Once golden, transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
