Step 1
Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper. Mix together the
Dry Roasted Peanuts (2 cups)
and
Mini Marshmallows (7 cups)
in a large bowl and set aside.
Step 2
In a microwavable measuring cup, add
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (2 cups)
and
Butter (2 Tbsp)
. Heat in a microwave oven on high for 60-90 seconds. Remove, stir, then microwave again for another 60-90 seconds.
Step 3
Remove from microwave, and stir until chocolate is completely melted. Let cool 5 minutes, then stir into the marshmallow peanut mixture until completely coated.
Step 4
Spread into prepared pan, and chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Cut into squares, and enjoy!
