Dried Cranberries

Sliced Almonds

Olive Oil

Kosher Salt

Ground Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Split Broccoli (5 cups) into large bite-size pieces.
3.
Place broccoli and Garlic (2 cloves) on a large baking tray and drizzle with Olive Oil (3 Tbsp). Sprinkle with Kosher Salt (as needed) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and toss to coat evenly. Spread out in a single layer.
4.
Roast for 7 minutes.
5.
Add Sliced Almonds (1/3 cup) and turn broccoli. Continue to roast for another 7 minutes.
6.
Add Dried Cranberries (1/3 cup) and toss to combine. Return to oven for 5-6 minutes, until broccoli is tender and almonds are golden.
7.
Serve immediately.
