Put Fresh Basil Leaves (1 handful), Raw Unsalted Cashews (3/4 cup), Raw Unsalted Walnuts (1 cup), Spinach Leaves (1 cup), Kale (1 cup), juice from Lemon (1), Garlic (2 cloves) and Salt (to taste) into a blender and blend.
Slowly add Water (to taste) according to your desired consistency and blend again. Mix in a smidge of Olive Oil (to taste) once the pesto is in a bowl.
