Cooking Instructions
1.
Fry the Garlic (2 clove) in a hot pan with some Olive Oil (as needed). Once the garlic starts changing to a golden color add the Serrano Ham (100 gram) and season with Cayenne Pepper (to taste) and Salt (to taste).

Once you have cooked the ham for a bit, add the Mushroom (500 gram) and cook between 5 to 10 minutes on medium-low heat.

Next crack and add the Egg (6) being careful not to break the yolks. Let the egg whites cook first.
4.
After the egg whites start cooking we can break the yolks and mix all together. Depending on how well you want the eggs to be you can let it cook on the stove more or less time.

Serve and enjoy!
