A simple recipe for homemade waffles that are perfect for weekend brunches. The waffles are light and fluffy inside, and crispy outside... and super simple to make!
or Soy Milk
using an electric mixer, and add the
Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp)
. Beat till it is white and fluffy.
Milk (1/3 cup)
and mix well
Stir in the
Cake Flour (3/4 cup)
Baking Powder (1 1/4 tsp)
Unsalted Butter (3 Tbsp)
and stir till everything is well combined.
Once your waffle maker is preheated, pour in the batter. Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes.
Serve plain or with
Maple Syrup (to taste)
or anything you like. Enjoy!
