Step 1
Beat the Egg (1) using an electric mixer, and add the Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp) . Beat till it is white and fluffy.
Step 2
Add the Milk (1/3 cup) and mix well
Step 3
Stir in the Cake Flour (3/4 cup) and Baking Powder (1 1/4 tsp) .
Step 4
Pour in Unsalted Butter (3 Tbsp) and stir till everything is well combined.
Step 5
Once your waffle maker is preheated, pour in the batter. Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 6
Serve plain or with Maple Syrup (to taste) or anything you like. Enjoy!
