Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Beat the Egg (1) using an electric mixer, and add the Brown Sugar (30 gram). Beat till it is white and fluffy.
Step 2
Add the Milk (80 milliliter) and mix well
Step 3
Stir in the Cake Flour (100 gram) and Baking Powder (1 1/4 teaspoon).
Step 4
Pour in Unsalted Butter (40 gram) and stir till everything is well combined.
Step 5
Once your waffle maker is preheated, pour in the batter. Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 6
Serve plain or with Maple Syrup (to taste) or anything you like. Enjoy!
