In a large non-stick pan, toast the Cracked Black Pepper (1 1/4 tsp) over medium heat, about 1-2 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Add Water (5 cups) to the pan, along with some Sea Salt (to taste), and bring to a boil. Add Spaghetti (12 oz) and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until it is just shy of being al dente, about 7-9 minutes.
