In a small saucepan, bring the Balsamic Vinegar (1/2 cup) and Coconut Sugar (2 Tbsp) to a simmer over medium heat. Do not boil it. Simmer until reduced by half.

Remove from heat and allow to cool. Drizzle on your favourite dishes. Enjoy!
