Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)
or line with an oversized piece of parchment paper to lift blondies out of the pan after cooling.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk together the
Butter (2 Tbsp)
,
Brown Sugar (1/3 cup)
,
Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup)
,
Large Egg (1)
, egg yolk, and
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
.
Step 3
Stir in the
Almond Flour (1 1/3 cups)
,
Salt (1/2 tsp)
,
Baking Soda (1/4 tsp)
, and half the
Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup)
. Sprinkle
Walnuts (1/4 cup)
on top.
Step 4
Spread in the prepared pan and sprinkle on the remaining chocolate chips and/or nuts. Bake for 22-24 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and the center is set.
Step 5
Cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
