Yields 9 servings.

Replace the butter with melted vegan butter or use coconut oil. If using plant-based butter, decrease the amount of salt to 1/4 tsp. For the chocolate chips, use dairy-free baking chips, such as Enjoy Life brand.

For keto blondies, replace all the sugar with keto brown sugar or substitute coconut sugar for paleo blondies.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) or line with an oversized piece of parchment paper to lift blondies out of the pan after cooling.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the Butter (2 Tbsp), Brown Sugar (1/3 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup), Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1), egg yolk, and Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp).

Stir in the Almond Flour (1 1/3 cups), Salt (1/2 tsp), Baking Soda (1/4 tsp), and half the Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup). Sprinkle Walnut (1/4 cup) on top.

Spread in the prepared pan and sprinkle on the remaining chocolate chips and/or nuts. Bake for 22-24 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and the center is set.
