Greasy mess no more with these Air-Fryer Hamburgers that are a cinch to make! Juicy, moist, and full of flavor, plus an added punch from the mouthwatering Chili Lime Mayo, these air-fryer hamburgers will be your new weeknight staple.

Ground Black Pepper
Nonstick Cooking Spray
Chili Lime Mayo
In a small bowl, combine
Mayonnaise (3/4 cup)
Honey (1 tsp)
Chili Powder (1/2 tsp)
Lime Juice (1/2)
Garlic (1 clove)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
. Refrigerate the mixture until needed.
Using gloved hands, combine
Ground Beef (2 lb)
Salt (1 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
until just combined, don’t overwork so that the meat still keeps the soft texture.
Form the meat into six patties (⅓ lb for each patty) then flat them for a bit.
Spray the air fryer basket with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)
. Add patties to the basket and spray the tops with oil. Cook for 5 minutes.
Flip and cook for 4 more minutes for medium-rare. You may need to air fry in batches.
Remove from the air fryer basket and let rest for 5 minutes.
While burgers rest, toast the
Hamburger Buns (6)
in a dry skillet.
Slather hamburger buns with mayo sauce on one side of the bun. Then top each hamburger with a piece of beef patty,
American Cheese (6 slices)
Pickled Cucumbers (2)
Lettuce (6 pieces)
Tomatoes (6 slices)
. Serve immediately.
