Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (2 cups)
Cream Cheese (2 Tbsp)
. Microwave for 60 seconds on a medium-high setting.
Take out the bowl, stir the cheese mixture, and microwave for 30 more seconds. Stir the mixture until the cheeses are well combined. The mixture will be very hot; let it rest for a couple of minutes before moving on to the next step.
Almond Flour (1 cup)
into the cheese mixture and stir it. Then add the
Large Egg (1)
and mix thoroughly until a dough-like consistency.
Place the dough onto a flat surface lined with parchment paper and form the crust. You can use your hands (wet your hands as the fathead dough is very sticky), spread dough, or place another piece of parchment paper on top of the dough and use a rolling pin to form the crust.
Transfer the crust to the pizza pan using the bottom piece of parchment paper. Using a fork or a toothpick, poke holes in the crust to prevent it from bubbling. Sprinkle with
Garlic Powder (to taste)
Onion Powder (to taste)
Place the crust in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Check on the dough and poke any large bubbles if there are any.
Continue baking for another 10-15 minutes or until the crust is brown on top.
Allow the crust to cool completely before adding your favorite toppings.
