The bread pudding is infused with the rich flavor of cinnamon, making it the perfect treat for any cinnamon lover. And trust us, once you try this bread pudding, you'll be hooked!

Ingredients

Un-Iced Mini Cinnamon Rolls
•
1 can
(15 oz)
Fruit Cocktails in 100% Juice
•
1 1/4 cups
Whole Milk
•
1/2 cup
Chopped Walnuts
•
1/2 tsp
Vanilla Extract
•
4
Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs , beaten
•
as needed
Nonstick Cooking Spray
Cinnamon Roll Glaze
•
2 cups
Powdered Confectioners Sugar
•
2 Tbsp
Butter , melted
•
2 tsp
Vanilla Extract
•
4 Tbsp
Milk
 or Heavy Cream or Half and Half

Cooking Instructions

1. 
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Coat the bottom and sides of a deep 8-inch square baking dish with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) .
2. 
In a large bowl, add Fruit Cocktails in 100% Juice (1 can) , Whole Milk (1 1/4 cups) , Walnuts (1/2 cup) , Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) , and Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (4) and mix together.
3. 
Add Un-Iced Mini Cinnamon Rolls (2 pckg) and mix. Let rest for a few minutes to allow the liquid to soak in about 5-7 minutes.

Pour the cinnamon roll mixture into the prepared pan. Bake until golden on top, about 25 minutes.
5. 
In a medium mixing bowl, combine Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 cups) , Butter (2 Tbsp) , Vanilla Extract (2 tsp) , and Milk (4 Tbsp) until smooth and thick like icing.
6. 
Pour the icing over warm rolls, spread over top, and cut into 4x4-inch squares.
7. 
Serve warm with a nice glass of milk.
