Step 1
Heat a 10-inch deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add
Beef (1 lb)

Onion (1)

Garlic (2 cloves)
, and
Steak Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp)
. Break up the beef and cook until browned, about 7 minutes. Drain excess grease, if necessary.
Step 2
Add the
Worcestershire Sauce (1 tsp)
,
Ketchup (2 Tbsp)
,
Pickle Relish (1 Tbsp)
,
Yellow Mustard (1/2 Tbsp)
, and stir to combine. Pour in the
Beef Broth (1 can)
and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Stir in the
Rotini Pasta (8 oz)
. Lower heat, cover, and gently simmer for 10-12, stirring 2-3 times. Cook until the pasta is al dente and the broth has been absorbed. If the broth has been absorbed, but the pasta is still not tender, add 2-4 Tbsp of water, stir, and cook a few minutes longer.
Step 4
Turn off the heat and stir in the
Milk (1/2 cup)
. Slowly stir in the
Cheese (2 cups)
, handfuls at a time, until the sauce is smooth and the cheese has melted.
Step 5
Serve immediately with
Pickles (to taste)
and
Tomatoes (to taste)
.
