Heat a 10-inch deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add Beef (1 lb), Onion (1), Garlic (2 cloves), and Steak Seasoning (2 tsp). Break up the beef and cook until browned, about 7 minutes. Drain excess grease, if necessary.

Add the Worcestershire Sauce (1 tsp), Ketchup (2 Tbsp), Pickle Relish (1 Tbsp), Yellow Mustard (2 tsp), and stir to combine. Pour in the Beef Broth (1 can) and bring to a boil.

Stir in the Rotini Pasta (8 oz). Lower heat, cover, and gently simmer for 10-12, stirring 2-3 times. Cook until the pasta is al dente and the broth has been absorbed. If the broth has been absorbed, but the pasta is still not tender, add 2-4 Tbsp of water, stir, and cook a few minutes longer.

Turn off the heat and stir in the Milk (1/2 cup). Slowly stir in the Cheese (2 cups), handfuls at a time, until the sauce is smooth and the cheese has melted.
