Heat a 10-inch deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add Lean Ground Beef (1 lb), Onion (1), Garlic (2 cloves), and Steak Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp). Break up the beef and cook until browned, about 7 minutes. Drain excess grease, if necessary.

Add the Worcestershire Sauce (1 tsp), Ketchup (2 Tbsp), Pickle Relish (1 Tbsp), Yellow Mustard (1/2 Tbsp), and stir to combine. Pour in the Beef Broth (1 can) and bring to a boil.

Stir in the Rotini Pasta (8 oz). Lower heat, cover, and gently simmer for 10-12, stirring 2-3 times. Cook until the pasta is al dente and the broth has been absorbed. If the broth has been absorbed, but the pasta is still not tender, add 2-4 Tbsp of water, stir, and cook a few minutes longer.

Turn off the heat and stir in the Milk (1/2 cup). Slowly stir in the Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (2 cups), handfuls at a time, until the sauce is smooth and the cheese has melted.
