Step 1
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop the
Strawberry Yogurt (1 lb)
onto the parchment paper. Use a spatula to spread the yogurt evenly over the parchment paper.
Step 2
Spread the
Frozen Mixed Berries (1 cup)
over the yogurt. Top with
Granola (1/2 cup)
,
Assorted Nuts (1 Tbsp)
, and
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (3 Tbsp)
.
Step 3
Place the cookie sheet in the freezer for 3 hours or until the yogurt bark is firm.
Step 4
When the yogurt bark is firm, remove the parchment paper and cut or break it into pieces. Serve immediately.
