or Honey Butter Biscuits

Strawberry Pie Filling

Fresh Strawberries
, washed, sliced

cup
Powdered Confectioners Sugar
Cooking Instructions
1.
Spray the waffle iron with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)
and preheat to medium heat.
2.
Separate each
Buttermilk Biscuits (2 cans)
. Use fingers to stretch and flatten biscuits to 4-5 inches.
3.
Use a tablespoon to drain the excess syrup from the
Strawberry Pie Filling (1 can)
. Scoop a heaping spoonful of strawberry filling onto the center of a biscuit, leaving a perimeter around the filling.
4.
Top with a second biscuit and pinch the edges to secure the waffle is closed. Repeat for remaining biscuits.
5.
Place the stuffed waffles in the waffle iron and cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.

Top with
Fresh Strawberries (1 1/2 cups)
