To a high-powered blender, in this order, add Coconut Milk (1 cup) , then Frozen Mixed Fruit (1 bag) , then Honey (2 Tbsp) , and Kosher Salt (1/4 tsp) .
Step 2
Turn the blender to low speed for 5 seconds, then gradually increase the blending speed until smooth. Use the tamper to move ingredients around if they get stuck. The mixture should be thicker than a smoothie you would drink.
Step 3
Pour the smoothie into a serving bowl, add desired toppings like Granola (to taste) , Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (to taste) , Fresh Fruits (to taste) , and serve immediately while cold!
