To a high-powered blender, in this order, add
Coconut Milk (1 cup)
Frozen Mixed Fruit (1 bag)
Honey (2 Tbsp)
Kosher Salt (1/4 tsp)
Turn the blender to low speed for 5 seconds, then gradually increase the blending speed until smooth. Use the tamper to move ingredients around if they get stuck. The mixture should be thicker than a smoothie you would drink.
Pour the smoothie into a serving bowl, add desired toppings like
Granola (to taste)
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (to taste)
Fresh Fruits (to taste)
