Author's Notes

Warm tortillas are easier to work with, so place them on a microwavable plate and cover them with a damp paper towel. Microwave in 30-second increments until they are warmed through.

You can also lightly toast your tortillas with a little butter in a warm skillet. For a flavor upgrade, swap your regular flour tortillas for other alternatives like spinach flour tortillas.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Heat a medium skillet to medium heat. Cut the Chicken (2) into diced pieces.
Step 2
Season the chicken evenly with Chili Powder (1 tsp) , Smoked Paprika (1/2 Tbsp) , Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp) , Onion Powder (1/4 tsp) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) . Cook for 5 to 6 minutes until there is no visible pink meat.
Step 3
Add cooked chicken to a large bowl. Pour Buffalo Sauce (1 cup) over chicken, tossing until evenly coated.
Step 4
Build your wrap by layering the center of a Tortillas (3) with a portion of Lettuce (1 1/2 cups) , chicken, Cheese (1 cup) , and Ranch Dressing (to taste) .
Step 5
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the ingredients, then roll the tortilla carefully, tucking as you roll until the wrap is closed.
Step 6
Cut wrap in half to serve.
