Mixed nuts can be kept in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

Preheat oven to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C). Spray a large baking tray with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed).

In a large bowl toss together the Raw Almonds (1 cup), Raw Cashews (1 cup), Pecan Halves (1 cup), and Raw Peanuts (1 cup).

In a medium bowl whisk together Maple Syrup (1/3 cup), Brown Sugar (1/4 cup), Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1), Water (1 Tbsp), Chinese Five Spice Powder (1 Tbsp), and Sea Salt (1/2 tsp). Pour the syrup mixture over the nuts and stir to coat evenly.

Spread nuts evenly on a large baking tray.

Bake for 60 minutes, turning every 15 minutes. If using Dried Cherry (3/4 cup), stir them in halfway through the baking time.

Remove from oven and loosen from the baking tray. Allow the nuts to cool completely before breaking apart.
