Store the remaining cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or freeze them for up to 3 months.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, add Red Velvet Cake Mix (1 box), Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2), and Butter (1/3 cup). With a rubber spatula, stir until dough forms (slightly sticky consistency).

Using your hands, shape the dough into balls (1 oz each) and place them on the prepared sheet pan, about 2 to 2.5-inch apart.

Using the back of a spoon, flatten each dough to about 0.5-inch thick and top each dough with White Chocolate (1 1/4 cups).

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Don’t let them brown. Cookies will look soft and not quite done but firm up as they cool.

Let sit on the sheet pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy the cookies right away!
