I used Fresh Texas Toast bread found on the bread aisle. You can certainly change things up and use regular sandwich bread, tortillas, or pita bread, if you like.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a small bowl, mix the Vegetable Oil (3 Tbsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (as needed), and Italian Seasoning (as needed) together with a spoon until completely combined.

Set out 8 pieces of Texas Toast (8 slices) onto a baking sheet. You can use more than 1 baking sheet if needed.

Using the back of the spoon, spread the butter mixture onto each of the bread slices.

Add 1 Tbsp of Pizza Sauce (1 jar) to each piece of bread. Spread with 1⁄4 cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (2 cups) and top with some Pepperoni Slice (1 pckg).

Place the baking sheet into the oven for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven when the time is complete and eat immediately or you can let it stand for 5 minutes to cool down.
