In a large stockpot, heat Olive Oil (1/4 cup) over medium heat. Cook the Yellow Onion (1) until soft and slightly browned, about 3 minutes.

Pour in Chicken Stock (2 cups) and add Philadelphia Original Soft Cheese (1 cup). Stir to combine and simmer for about 3 minutes.

Add in the Rotisserie Chicken (1 lb), Corn (1 can), and White Beans (2 cans). Stir until combined.

Stir in the Chili Seasoning (1 packet), Ground Cumin (1/2 Tbsp), and Salt (to taste). Increase the heat to medium-high and continue simmering for 10 minutes or until the liquid is reduced and thickened.

Remove from heat and add Lime (1) then stir to combine.

Transfer to a serving bowl and top with Shredded Parmesan Cheese (to taste), Avocados (to taste), Fresh Cilantro (to taste), Tortilla Chips (to taste), and Jalapeño Peppers (to taste). Enjoy warm!
