Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add Gnocchi (1 lb) , and cook according to package directions, or until the gnocchi floats to the top, about 5 minutes. Strain and reserve 2 cups of pasta water.
Step 2
Get a large sauté pan and melt the Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp) over medium heat. Add in the cooked gnocchi, Ground Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp) , and Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) . Bring the heat up and stir quickly until the cheese is melted and the gnocchi is well coated.
Step 3
Pour in more of the reserved water if you like the sauce thinner. Season with Salt (to taste) .
Step 4
Serve with more grated parmesan and ground black pepper.
