Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add Gnocchi (1 lb), and cook according to package directions, or until the gnocchi floats to the top, about 5 minutes. Strain and reserve 2 cups of pasta water.

Get a large sauté pan and melt the Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp) over medium heat. Add in the cooked gnocchi, Ground Black Pepper (2 tsp), and Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup). Bring the heat up and stir quickly until the cheese is melted and the gnocchi is well coated.

Pour in more of the reserved water if you like the sauce thinner. Season with Salt (to taste).
