In a skillet over medium heat, add the Breakfast Sausage Link (1 lb) and use a spatula to break up the pieces. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked. Remove from heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (2 cups) and Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 cup). Set aside.

Spread Butter (as needed) on each slice of Sandwich Bread (12 slices).

To assemble the sandwich, layer the bread butter side down, in this order, add cheese mixture, sausage, Frozen Spinach (2 cups), and more cheese mixture. Season with Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and top with another piece of bread butter side up. Repeat this process for the remaining ingredients.

In a clean skillet over low heat, grill one sandwich at a time until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Enjoy it right away!
