Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a skillet over medium heat, add the Breakfast Sausage Links (1 lb) and use a spatula to break up the pieces. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked. Remove from heat.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (2 cups) and Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 cup) . Set aside.
Step 3
Spread Butter (as needed) on each slice of Sandwich Bread (12 slices) .
Step 4
To assemble the sandwich, layer the bread butter side down, in this order, add cheese mixture, sausage, Frozen Spinach (2 cups) , and more cheese mixture. Season with Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and top with another piece of bread butter side up. Repeat this process for the remaining ingredients.
Step 5
In a clean skillet over low heat, grill one sandwich at a time until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Enjoy it right away!
