Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Set aside.
In a shallow dish, combine together
Brown Sugar (3/4 cup)
Cayenne Pepper (1/2 Tbsp)
. Set aside.
Wrap a slice of
Center Cut Bacon (1 pckg)
around an entire
Little Smokie Sausages (1 pckg)
. Repeat this process with the rest of the bacon and sausages.
Roll wrapped sausages on the brown sugar mixture and secure with a toothpick on each of them. Place on the prepared sheet pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the bacon is browned and the sugar is caramelized.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Serve with
Ketchup (to taste)
on the side.
