Makes 6-8 servings.

Soak toothpicks overnight to prevent burning in the oven.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Set aside.

In a shallow dish, combine together Brown Sugar (3/4 cup) and Cayenne Pepper (1/2 Tbsp). Set aside.

Wrap a slice of Center Cut Bacon (1 pckg) around an entire Little Smokie Sausage (1 pckg). Repeat this process with the rest of the bacon and sausages.

Roll wrapped sausages on the brown sugar mixture and secure with a toothpick on each of them. Place on the prepared sheet pan.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until the bacon is browned and the sugar is caramelized.

Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Serve with Ketchup (to taste) on the side.
