Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

In a sheet pan, place Waffle Cut French Fries (1 bag) and season with Cajun Seasoning (2 Tbsp). Arrange in a single layer and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flip halfway or until the fries are golden and crispy.

Remove fries from the oven, add Pulled Pork (1 pckg), Barbecue Sauce (1 cup), and Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (2 cups) and give a light mix.

Lower the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place the fries back in the oven and continue to bake until the cheese is golden and melted about 3-5 minutes.

Top with Red Onion (1/4) and Scallions (2 stalks). Enjoy immediately!
