to taste cooked Assorted Seafood
to taste Garlic Paste
to taste Kosher Salt
to taste Cayenne Pepper
to taste Cherry Tomatoes
to taste Fresh Mixed Berries
to taste Vinaigrette

STEP 1
Cook Assorted Seafood (to taste) using your favorite method.
STEP 2
Juice the Lemon (to taste).
STEP 3
Bring your preferred mix of water, lemon juice, Garlic Paste (to taste), Kosher Salt (to taste), and Cayenne Pepper (to taste) to a boil, then cool to room temperature.
STEP 4
Add the Assorted Seafood (to taste) to the broth mixture so it can "marinate" for 10 minutes, then drain.
STEP 5
Chop the Romaine Lettuce (to taste).
STEP 6
Chop the Cucumber (to taste).
STEP 7
Dress romaine, Cherry Tomatoes (to taste), and cucumbers with Vinaigrette (to taste).
STEP 8
Plate the salad.
STEP 9
Top with Fresh Mixed Berries (to taste) and seafood, drizzle generously with Salsa (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
