Chop up the Smoked Bacon (150 gram).
Fry the bacon in a hot skillet. No need to add any oil, the fat from the meat will be enough. Set aside.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the Truffle Tagliolini Pasta (200 gram) based on package instructions. Reserve about 1/2 cup of the cooking water in a bowl.
Add the Black Garlic (3 head) and some Salt and Pepper (to taste) to the bowl of pasta water and let stand for 10 minutes. Then use an immersion blender to purée into a sauce.
Add the cooked tagliolini into the skillet with the fried bacon, then add the garlic sauce and Truffle Butter (1 tablespoon). Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
Serve it up with a sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese (2 tablespoon). Enjoy!
