Chop up the
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (5.5 oz)
Fry the bacon in a hot skillet. No need to add any oil, the fat from the meat will be enough. Set aside.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the
Truffle Tagliolini Pasta (7 oz)
based on package instructions. Reserve about 1/2 cup of the cooking water in a bowl.
Black Garlic (3 heads)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
to the bowl of pasta water and let stand for 10 minutes. Then use an immersion blender to purée into a sauce.
Add the cooked tagliolini into the skillet with the fried bacon, then add the garlic sauce and
Truffle Butter (1 Tbsp)
. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
Serve it up with a sprinkle of
Parmesan Cheese (2 Tbsp)
