Step 1
Spray a small pan with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)

Step 2
Break the shelled
Walnuts (1 cup)
into smaller pieces (about fourths) & measure out.
Step 3
Add the walnut pieces to the sprayed pan and cook on the stove top for 2 minutes stiring constantly.
Step 4
Add the
Sugar-Free Syrup (1/2 cup)
to the pan and stir every 30 seconds for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the
Ground Cinnamon (1 Tbsp)
and stir constantly for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Take the pan off the heat, turn stove off, and spread the nuts out on a piece of wax paper to cool & dry for at least 10 minutes to an hour.
Step 7
Enjoy your healthy candied walnuts in a salad or by themselves!
