Spray a small pan with Nonstick Cooking Spray (to taste).
Break the shelled Walnut (1 cup) into smaller pieces (about fourths) & measure out.
Add the walnut pieces to the sprayed pan and cook on the stove top for 2 minutes stiring constantly.
Add the Sugar-Free Syrup (1/2 cup) to the pan and stir every 30 seconds for 5 minutes.
Add the Ground Cinnamon (1 tablespoon) and stir constantly for 3 minutes.
Take the pan off the heat, turn stove off, and spread the nuts out on a piece of wax paper to cool & dry for at least 10 minutes to an hour.
Enjoy your healthy candied walnuts in a salad or by themselves!
