Sugar-Free Syrup

Nonstick Cooking Spray
Cooking Instructions
1.
Spray a small pan with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed).
2.
Break the shelled Walnuts (1 cup) into smaller pieces (about fourths) & measure out.
3.
Add the walnut pieces to the sprayed pan and cook on the stove top for 2 minutes stiring constantly.
4.
Add the Sugar-Free Syrup (1/2 cup) to the pan and stir every 30 seconds for 5 minutes.
5.
Add the Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 Tbsp) and stir constantly for 3 minutes.
6.
Take the pan off the heat, turn stove off, and spread the nuts out on a piece of wax paper to cool & dry for at least 10 minutes to an hour.
7.
Enjoy your healthy candied walnuts in a salad or by themselves!
