Cooking Instructions
1.
Peel the skins off the Potatoes (3).
2.
Thinly slice the potatoes into strips.
3.
Soak the sliced potatoes in cold water for 2 minutes.
4.
Slice the Dried Chili Peppers (3) in half lengthwise. Take the skin off the Garlic (3 cloves).
5.
In a wok or pan under high heat, heat up the Oil (2 Tbsp) until almost smoking. While the oil is heating up, drain the potatoes.
6.
Add the peeled garlic and halved chili peppers. After a few seconds, add in the drained potatoes. Stir fry until the potatoes are almost translucent but not completely soft.
7.
Add the Distilled White Vinegar (4 tsp) and Salt (as needed). Taste for seasoning and continue to stir fry for 1 minute.
8.
Transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
