Condensed Oxtail Soup
•
to taste
Salt

Concentrated Chicken Stock
•
as needed

Cooking Instructions
1.
Wash and slice Tomatoes (1/2 cup) and Daikon Radishes (1 cup).
2.
In a bit of Oil (as needed) saute the tomato until they become aromatic.
3.
Pour in Concentrated Chicken Stock (1/2 cup) and Condensed Oxtail Soup (4 Tbsp).
4.
Add the daikon radish, and Salt (to taste).
5.
Change to low heat until the soup thickens.
6.
Serve finished soup into your favorite bowl and enjoy!
