Step 1
Stir the Chia Seeds (3 tablespoon) into the Zico® Chocolate Coconut Water (1 cup) and allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes or until the mixture begins to gel.
Step 2
In the blender, add the soaked chia seeds and coconut water. Add the Frozen Mixed Berries (1 cup) and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with Fresh Mixed Berries (to taste).
