Wash and slice the
Tianmu Bamboo Shoots (2 cups)
Bring a pot of
Water (2 1/2 cups)
to a boil. Make sure there is enough room to fit the chicken. Wash the free
Free Range Chicken (1)
. Place it in the boiling water for a minute or so.
Cream of Chicken Soup (3 oz)
Concentrated Chicken Stock (0.5 oz)
to the pot with the chicken. Bring back to a boil.
Cook at a simmer over low heat for 50 minutes. Add
Salt (to taste)
at the end.
Top with the sliced bamboo shoots, serve and enjoy!
