Wash and slice the Tianmu Bamboo Shoots (300 gram).
Bring a pot of Water (2 1/2 cup) to a boil. Make sure there is enough room to fit the chicken. Wash the free Free Range Chicken (1). Place it in the boiling water for a minute or so.
Add Campbell's® Cream of Chicken Soup (80 gram) and Campbell's® Concentrated Chicken Stock (15 gram) to the pot with the chicken. Bring back to a boil.
Cook at a simmer over low heat for 50 minutes. Add Salt (to taste) at the end.
Top with the sliced bamboo shoots, serve and enjoy!
