Step 1
Completely defrost
Whole Turkey (1)
and be sure to remove innards. Make sure turkey is dry and at room temperature before cooking. Season with seasoning of choice.
Step 2
Get
Frying Oil (as needed)
temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 3
Slowly submerge turkey into oil. Cook 3 1/2 minutes per pound and until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
Step 4
Remove the turkey, and let cool for at least 15-30 minutes before carving.
Step 5
Carve turkey. When slicing the breast meat, cut against the grain.
