Completely defrost Whole Turkey (1) and be sure to remove innards. Make sure turkey is dry and at room temperature before cooking. Season with seasoning of choice.

Get Frying Oil (as needed) temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Slowly submerge turkey into oil. Cook 3 1/2 minutes per pound and until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
4.
Remove the turkey, and let cool for at least 15-30 minutes before carving.
5.
Carve turkey. When slicing the breast meat, cut against the grain.
