Quinoa (1 cup)
In a pot, bring
Water (1 3/4 cups)
to a boil. Add rinsed quinoa and bring to a boil again. Reduce to a simmer and cover. Let cook undisturbed for 12-15 minutes.
Turn the heat off, do not uncover pot, let sit for 5-10 minutes.
Remove lid, fluff with a fork, then serve or store!
