Step 1
Rinse Quinoa (1 cup) thoroughly.
Step 2
In a pot, bring Water (1 3/4 cup) to a boil. Add rinsed quinoa and bring to a boil again. Reduce to a simmer and cover. Let cook undisturbed for 12-15 minutes.
Step 3
Turn the heat off, do not uncover pot, let sit for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove lid, fluff with a fork, then serve or store!
