Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Place the
Pie Crust (1)
on a pie plate.
Step 2
Beat the
Large Eggs (3)
in a medium bowl. Stir in the
La Lechera® Dulce de Leche (3/4 cup)

Butter (2 Tbsp)
, and mix well. Stir in the
Pecan Halves (1 cup)
.
Step 3
Sprinkle
Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup)
over the bottom of the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the morsels.
Step 4
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the knife inserted in the center of the pie comes out still slightly sticky. Cool completely on a wire rack.
Step 5
Serve at room temperature or refrigerate. Garnish with fresh
Whipped Cream (to taste)
, if desired.
