Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Spray a 9- or 10-inch tart pan with a removable bottom with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
Combine the
Graham Cracker Crumbs (1 1/2 cups)
and
Butter (1/4 cup)
in a medium bowl; press onto the bottom of the pan. Bake for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Beat the
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can)
and
Cream Cheese (1 pckg)
in a large mixer bowl until smooth. Stir in the zest and juice from
Lemons (1 1/2)
. Pour over the crust and gently smooth the top.
Step 4
Bake for 25 to 28 minutes or until the filling is set. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top with fresh berries and/or sliced fruit, if desired.
