Optional:

- Try with chicken, turkey, beef, alternative proteins, or any combination.

- Make smaller meatballs for appetizers.

- Add sliced vegetables to the sauce.

- Add meatballs to rice or noodles.

- If using an oven: bake for 18 to 22 minutes at 400 °F (204 °C). The meatballs should be nicely browned and juicy. Use a meat thermometer to make sure the beef is at an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

To make the Hoisin-Style Sauce, place the Truvia® Sweet Complete® Brown With a Hint of Molasses (2 Tbsp), Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce (1/2 cup), Creamy Peanut Butter (1/4 cup), Rice Vinegar (1 Tbsp), Sesame Oil (1/2 Tbsp), Hot Sauce (1/2 Tbsp), Garlic (2 cloves), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) in a sealable jar, shake until well combined. Set aside.

To make the meatballs, in a large bowl, combine the Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2), Panko Breadcrumbs (3/4 cup), Scallions (4) (whites only), Garlic (3 cloves), Fresh Ginger (1/2 Tbsp), Sesame Oil (1/2 Tbsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp). Whisk until well blended.

Add the Extra Lean Ground Turkey (1 lb) and Extra Lean Ground Beef (8 oz) and mix thoroughly using clean hands.

Form into 12 large meatballs or 24 small meatballs.

Add 1 tablespoon of Oil (1 Tbsp) to the electric pressure cooker or multicooker. Press SAUTÉ and brown the meatballs, about 2 minutes per side. When brown, press CANCEL.

Pour in half of the Truvia Hoisin Style Sauce and Water (1/2 cup) into the pot. Cover with the lid and turn the valve to SEALING.

Cook on high for 10 minutes.

Carefully relieve the pressure and open the lid.

Transfer to a platter and brush on the remaining sauce.
