Evaporated Milk

Vanilla Extract

Gelatin Powder

Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat the Evaporated Milk (1 can) and Water (1 cup) in a medium saucepan until boiling.
2.
Remove from the heat, then add the Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can) and Vanilla Extract (1 Tbsp). Mix well and set aside.
3.
Add the Gelatin Powder (3 Tbsp) mixture; stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
4.
Add the Fresh Strawberries (2 cups) and transfer the mixture to a round gelatin mold; refrigerate until set
5.
Unmold and serve.
Author's Notes
To unmold the gelatin easily, soak it for a few minutes in warm water and lightly press the edges away from the side of the mold.
