Truvia® Sweet Complete™ Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener contains chicory root fiber. This recipe has 11 grams of dietary fiber per serving.

Optional:

- When using peppermint syrup after storage, if in crystal form, heat 30-60 seconds in the microwave before use.

- Use dark cocoa for a richer flavor.

- Add more peppermint syrup to punch up the peppermint flavor.

- Use non-dairy milk, like almond or oat milk.

- Top with whipped cream made with Truvia instead of sugar.
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Truvia® Original Calorie-Free Sweetener
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract or vanilla beans
  • Whip cream until soft peaks form. Add Truvia and vanilla.
- Add peppermint canes or crushed peppermint candies for topping/stir stick.

To prepare the syrup, wash and chop the Fresh Mint (4 Tbsp). Set aside.

Add Water (2 cups) and Truvia® Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Stevia Leaf Sweetener (1/2 cup) into a medium saucepan.

Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Reduce the heat to low, add the mint leaves, and allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes.

Remove from the heat and add Peppermint Extract (1 tsp).

Strain into a clean sealable jar/bottle for future use and store in the refrigerator.

To make the latte, add Non-Fat Milk (1 cup), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3 Tbsp), and Truvia® Original Calorie-Free Sweetener from the Stevia Leaf Spoonable (1 Tbsp) into a medium saucepan.

Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Remove from the heat and set aside.

In a large mug (must hold a least 12 oz) add ½ cup Strong Coffee (1/2 cup), 2 Tbsp peppermint syrup, and all of the milk cocoa mixture from above.
