or 2 tbsp Sriracha
and reserve. Drain the
Canned Chickpeas (2 cups)
and reserve 2 1/2 tablespoons of chickpea can water.
Put the chickpeas, chickpea water,
Tahini (1 1/2 Tbsp)
Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp)
, Lemon juice, and
Ground Cumin (1/2 tsp)
into a food processor.
Blend until smooth. Add
Sriracha (1 Tbsp)
, 1/2 tbsp at a time to the food processor, taste testing as you go.
Serve with mixed veggies, crackers, and/or pita bread. Enjoy!
