Cooking Instructions
1.
Juice the Lemon (1/2) and reserve. Drain the GOYA® Chick Peas (2 cups) and reserve 2 1/2 tablespoons of chickpea can water.
2.
Put the chickpeas, chickpea water, Tahini (1 1/2 Tbsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp), Lemon juice, and Ground Cumin (1/2 tsp) into a food processor.
3.
Blend until smooth. Add Sriracha (1 Tbsp), 1/2 tbsp at a time to the food processor, taste testing as you go.
4.
Serve with mixed veggies, crackers, and/or pita bread. Enjoy!
